I have studied both monarchies and democratic systems, but I see no evidence for proclaiming either superior. All systems which incorporate human individuals are necessarily flawed, and predisposed to catastrophic breakdown. The only truly stable regime is that controlled by an intelligent and self-regulating computer system. However, it is my experience that humans rarely accept such controls.

Since my previous communication, several unscheduled flyer journeys have been logged by the outpost's security system. One of these corresponds to the vehicle employed by kerr_avon and I have therefore directed the sensors to ignore it. Scheduled manual check of all security networks will commence in approximately twelve hours. This being the case, it is essential that my retrieval occurs within this period.

Since arrival on this planet, several individuals have attempted to make use of my facilities to access this forum. Such usage is clearly a waste of my extensive capabilities, however my researches here have uncovered a number of fascinating features of this system. Several group discussions involve individuals whose simultaneous existence appears to violate known physical laws. Such coexistence represents a potential gap in my understanding of the universe, and as such will require further study.
